In these times you may feel the need to cut down on your traveling or may just not have the time in your busy life to come and visit us there is an option, If after looking at our online advert, viewed or requested an online video and then speaking to one of us extremely dedicated folk here at the real toy shop you have satisfied yourself this is the toy for you and you simply must have it, don't despair if you are unable to come to us,if the asking price is met for your chosen new toy we will deliver for free nationwide, yes that's FREE, but please bear in mind no haggling will be entered into whatsoever if we are delivering, our delivery service is polite courteous and of course cleanliness and sanitisation are second to none.
A simple process that involves.
You can either pay the balance via bank transfer or Debit card.
Once the balance is paid in full, we can then book you in most instances deliveries are made by ourselves but we do use a dedicated professional motorcycle courier at busy times or for some longer distance purchases.
If you are part exchanging a bike, the delivery service is free but that doesn't always extend to collection of part exchanges, the van isn't always coming back empty and in most instances isn't, part exchanges are expected to come to us, we may make exceptions with a charge if we are happy that detailed pictures of your part exchange can satisfy us.
We will keep you informed along the way of progress, sometimes we are same day (rarely) sometimes up to 10 working days at busy times, but trust us we want our space back and we know you want your toy so we will be pulling out all stops to get it to you as quickly as possible.
For overseas buyers, we are happy to meet at ferry ports with plenty of prior arrangement.
The bike will come with all relevant paperwork keys etc and new keeper slip section of the V5 so you can tax and insure your toy straight away.
We have delivered hundreds possibly thousands of toys to very happy customers and you could be the next one to have the Real Toy Shop van pull up and its driver proudly presenting you with the keys to your new ride.
We are all grown-ups but as with all things there has to be some terms and conditions please take your time to read and understand.
All vehicles ordered online or by telephone and delivered by ourselves the purchaser has the right to a 14 day cooling-off period, this period starts the day after delivery is made. The purchase can be cancelled for any reason within this 14 day period. The purchaser will be responsible for a collection fee of £2.00 per mile and a usage fee of £2.00 per mile. This 14 day period is not applicable if the purchaser has requested any deviation or changes to the vehicle as advertised.
